Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Project Antelope Marketplace for your artwork purchases. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. In the event that you need to return an artwork item purchased from our marketplace, we have developed the following return policy to facilitate the process.
Only artwork items purchased directly from Project Antelope Marketplace are eligible for return. The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by any certificates or documentation that were included with the original purchase. Artwork items that have been customized or commissioned specifically for the buyer may not be eligible for return unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition.
Buyers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, all sales are considered final, and returns will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, buyers must contact the seller of the artwork directly. Sellers can be contacted through the Inbox on the Project Antelope site. Buyers should provide the seller with the name of the artwork item(s) they wish to return and the reason for the return. Sellers will guide buyers through the return process, including any necessary arrangements for shipping the artwork back to the seller's designated address. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the seller's part. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and purchase insurance when returning the artwork to the seller to ensure its safe arrival. Buyers should retain proof of shipment.
Once the seller receives the returned artwork and verifies its eligibility, the seller will contact the Project Antelope Marketplace administrator to issue the refund.
If a buyer wishes to exchange an artwork item for a different piece from the same seller, they should communicate directly with the seller to discuss the availability and arrangements for the exchange.
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: artwork items that have been customized or commissioned specifically for the buyer, and digital or downloadable artwork products.
In the case of receiving a damaged or defective artwork item, buyers should immediately contact the seller to report the issue and provide detailed information and any relevant photographs as evidence. The seller will guide the buyer through the return process and, if applicable, provide instructions for returning the item, offering a replacement or refund based on the seller's policies and product availability.
Project Antelope Marketplace reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
Please note that as Project Antelope Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers, specific return processes, refund policies, and timelines may vary based on individual sellers.
